2. Hosting

This website runs on its own server in Germany. When you visit it, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested address, browser identifier) to deliver the page and protect it against abuse.

3. Audience measurement

We measure how the site is used ourselves, on the same server. No script or file from any other provider is loaded, and none of this is passed on to advertising or analytics services. We record which sections were viewed, scroll depth, which videos were opened and for how long, device type, and the campaign details of the link you arrived through. A random identifier is stored in your browser to recognise repeat visits. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact form

What you enter in the form (name, email, optionally phone, topic, message) is stored to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is linked to the visit identifier from section 3 so we can see which link it came through. You can ask for access to and deletion of your data at any time.

5. Email delivery

Confirmation and notification emails are sent via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Your name, email address and the content of the email are transferred to Resend for this purpose, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, the GDPR or the UAE Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise them, write to the address in section 1.
